Hello friends. I hope you’ve been keeping well. It’s Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada and I thought I would share with you this cozy fall tablescape as part of the cozy fall decor ideas blog hop hosted by my dear friend Kristen.
Today we visited our local nursery to buy some mums and I was inspired by these beautiful little pumpkins and some flowers I had from an event earlier in the week.
The colors coordinated so well and I just love how cozy it looks. Instead of a tablecloth, I used an alpaca throw I had and I think it adds the perfect
texture to the table.
These beautiful glasses also add another beautiful touch along with some dried oak leaves I picked up on one of our walks. Little touches of fall here and there.
I added some of my dried hydrangeas to the arrangement as well.
These little tea lights used to be silver but I used glass paint and painted them amber. 😉
The weather has been unusually warm but today it turned and it felt like autumn.
I used a piece of leather to tie the utensils together and placed them on top of this green plate. I used it HERE in the past.
Such a pretty earthy contrast don’t you think?
Overall I love the way it turned out and I can’t wait to sit here with our family and enjoy a little time together.
