Hi friends…I hope you had a nice week.
Perhaps it’s just me, but I feel as though the last 7 days have flown by(?). But now that Friday has arrived, it’s time once again for another Wayfair video…eek.
I’m always nervous when sharing a new video; not because I’m uncomfortable in front of the camera, but because I don’t particularly love seeing myself on film. So any tips, words of encouragement and/or support you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
Today I’m sharing a quick DIY video for these pretty wallpaper panels. As may be the case with some of you, I’ve been reluctant to wallpaper an entire room in the past as it feels like such a commitment. But that’s one of the reasons I love this project as it allows me to incorporate wallpaper without the full commitment. The best of both worlds.
As you will see in the photos below, I changed my panels from gold to white and used a more summery wallpaper. These were even easier to make because it’s peel and stick wallpaper in a pre-made frame.
Thanks so much for visiting me today. Without further adieu, here’s this weeks video. I hope you enjoy it!
much love,
Lu
p.s. – I hope to see you tomorrow as I reveal my patio makeover.

I love those wallpaper panels! How do you get just that much wallpaper? I always thought you had to buy a whole roll and they are huge! We have wallpaper in our hallway and our living room. We used to have it in our bathroom and kitchen but not anymore.I love our living room wallpaper because Rick Springfield had a jacket just like our wallpaper! How weird is that? I think we had the wallpaper first though! LOL Every time I look at it, it reminds me of him.
I’ve found with dance that I loved being on stage and the more people applauded or clapped for me the more animated I got. I guess I’m just such a ham, so think of it that way. Think of people clapping or applauding which I would do for you if you like or of God saying that you did a good job using the talent he gave you. Maybe that will make it easier for you? No matter what, just have fun with it!
I just watched the video. While power tools scare me (I’ve cut myself with sharp knives more times then I care to remember and the art project in high school using an exacto knife was a disaster and plenty of band-aids) this looks so nice and it’s not that hard unless your me! LOL You look so at ease filming it and of course, in a video, it looks like it takes no time at all but I know its like Chopped on the Food Network. 2 half hour segments and 1 45 min. segment in a 1 hour show means a lot of editing. I also never noticed the wallpaper has peacocks on it! My sisters business is The Proud Peacock so she would love that paper. To bad I couldn’t get a small piece of it somewhere with the peacock and one or 2 other things on it so I could make her a just because it’s a peacock card. She would love it! Your doggy looks so comfortable too. You go, girl! Nice job.
These panels are so beautiful and seeming easy, and like you said what a great way to use wall paper with out the commitment and expense. YOU are such a natural on camera. Love your videos, and I think
you are gonna be the next decorating favorite like Joanna Gaines. Best wishes to you in your new endeavors hon.
Blessings, Nellie
You should have used https://www.movavi.com/support/how-to/how-to-convert-video.html Movavi before posting videos. That way you would have edited it better, considering that Movavi is quite easy to use and free.
