The popular gift card…some hate it some love it. Some think it’s too impersonal, while for some it just works. Whether a gift card is your last resort or your first option, here are a couple of ways to make this ‘impersonal’ gift a little more personal.
For the girlie girl, a pretty pink envelope. Homemade salt dough ‘cookie’ tag.
I glued the outline of the star to the back of the ornament in order to write the message.
For the little boy.
Using the cinnamon dough ginger bread man as a tag.
This one is probably my favourite because of its versatility.
It could be for a male or a female.
This idea can be used beyond Christmas.
So earthy and fresh.
For the lady….
Pearls, diamonds, lace…I would love to receive this card
holder with a little Anthropology gift card inside….SIGH…!
So you see, with a little effort you make this not so personal gift into a thing of beauty.
4 more days to go!
much love,
Lucy
