Hello friends. I hope you had a nice week. I don’t know about you, but everyone around me seems to be getting really sick. Both my daughter and
son had really bad colds last week. So I decided to make some ginger citrus immunity shots.
They are pretty pricey to purchase but so easy to make.
2 oranges (without peel)
100 g fresh ginger
1 tbsp honey
200 ml water
100 g fresh turmeric (optional)
Cut oranges, lemon (with grind) and ginger.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Strain mixture and place in small bottles.
Drink before breakfast each morning !
Though I don’t really believe in new year’s resolutions, I did vowed to take my vitamins and drink more water every day.
I was diagnosed with anemia last year and I’ve been soooo bad at taking my iron pills on a regular basis.
I’ve also been drinking chia water everyday and I actually really like it.
