Hello friends. I hope you’ve been keeping well. It’s been a little while since I posted. I have been feeling the winter blues in a bad way ๐
I have had zero motivation to do anything at all and though I’ve made some little projects here and there, I’m having a really hard time
showing up. I think it has to do with the long winter, hubby’s health, missing my family and just overall, the lockdown. ๐
But I finally got my paints out the other day and painted this Moody nest with my acrylic paints to share with you.

I painted it on a black canvas because I just love the sophistication of a painting against a dark background. I hope you like it.

A couple of weeks ago I also painted that watercolor landscape and though I think it’s pretty, after looking at the colors, it feels dreary like the mood I was in when I painted it…ha
I’m not too sure where that giant feather came from but my son gave it to me a while back and I think it’s perfect in this little vignette.ย
I’ve actually been playing with styling the shelves and maybe I’ll share those with you later on this week or next.ย
