Hello friends. I hope you’ve been keeping well. There’s a slight change in the air and I’m already starting to feel as if summer is about to come to an end. A true sign of this is seeing sunflowers pop up at the grocery stores. Today I’m happy to share with you this grocery store late summer flower arrangement that is easy to put together but looks like a million bucks. Make sure you check out the rest of the beautiful arrangements from my friends at the end of this post.
The other day I went to the thrift store and found this cute vase for under $6. I debated whether or not I should paint it and decided not to (for now)
I think it looks so pretty with the sunflowers.
In the arrangement I also placed some hydrangeas some from my garden and some from the grocery store along with my favourite faux eucalyptus.
I also used an old faux anemone flower for an extra touch…
Sunflowers are a perfect transitioning flower…it’s still bright and beautiful but it has that traditional fall feel as well…
