Hello friends. I hope you had a nice and relaxing long weekend. We had a bittersweet weekend as we dropped off our oldest son at university on Sunday. It has been as hard as I thought it was going to be. Maybe even harder.
There is so much I want to write about how I feel but I think for now, I’m going to focus on these delicious nutella pumpkin pie croissants and the rest of the recipes my friends and I put together for you. In the meantime, you can read a little bit of my heart HERE.
I love this recipe because even though we had a super busy weekend, I was able to whip these out in no time with very little effort.
Here is what you need:
2 tubes of refrigerated croissant rolls
Roll out dough and using a pizza cutter, cut marked triangles out.
Spread Nutella over dough.
Spread the pumpkin filling over the nutella.
Roll triangles to form croissants. This was a little tricky for some of the triangles as you can see the one in the middle is a bit sad looking. But don’t worry, it still tastes as good.
Set aside and mix sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin spice together and sprinkle over croissants. Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
Place on a cooling rack to cool or eat them while warm. YUM. You could also use cream cheese frosting as a dipping sauce . So good.
