and I think it looks very sweet….
Now more than ever, helping anyone undergoing chemotherapy means so much more to our family.
We had had a little fun doing a mini photo shoot. We haven’t done this in a long time and being silly and laughing felt good.
I hope today you get to be silly and laugh today….
much love,
Lucy

Your Mommy & Daughter day sounds like so much fun. It is always a good day when you can laugh & be silly 🙂
Love your pillow. When I am actually awake, my brain may wrap around how you actually did it. Congratulations on having such wonderful caring children. Great job, Mom.

Hi Lucy,
I was inspired by your cross stitch painting and have corresponded with Eline as well. She is a lovely person and an incredible talent. I wanted to purchase her latest book, Eline’s Huis, even though it’s in Dutch, but she told me that it will be available in English, in the US in June. It is FULL of wonderful home decorating ideas and lovely photography and I can not wait to buy my own copy!
LOVE this idea- going to pin it! and yay for your daughter! locks of love is an awesome cause!

What a BEAUTIFUL mother/daughter activity! I enjoy your spirits. Bess in VA
Bella looks absolutely beautiful (inside and out). Great job on the pillow. Lu, I just spent the last 2 hours working on today’s post. Literally, it’s my mother of all posts. It’s the final installment of my Family Rules Project! Done! Whew! Hope you can visit, although I’m sure you could have figured out the steps from the very first post, you crafty-chick, you! I wanted to go into lots of detail for those out there that aren’t so crafty. That’s how important I think this Family Rules project is for families to do! LOVD tidings!
I love your little pillow but I love that Bella girl even more. She is just darling, Lu. I love her new sassy hair cut shorter. What a fun photo shoot you girls did…she is gonna grow up to be a beauty just like her Momma! xo Diana
I love this, and your words flow like honey! You are a blessing, thank you!

Featuring you today… I love your work. By the way if you would ever like to be an EXTRAORDINARY guest on my blog send me an email. I would love to have you!
As an avid cross stitcher, this is a great idea! I love the look of cross stitch, but it seems easier to achieve with paint. The best part is that you could apply this technique to any simple design. Thanks for sharing!
Really really cute pillow!!! Learning to cross stitch is on my to-do list. 🙂
So pretty! Great job. I shared this on my blog too: http://www.vixenmade.com/2013/01/10-valentine-pillows.html
