Homemade Berry Turnovers

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F.

  4. Add cornstarch and continue to cook until thickened to the consistency of jam.
